What skills did you learn through this acctivity?
Learnt how to put all the different shots on top of eachother instead of alongside eachother. Also we put the bladie technique to use.
What did you find most challenging?
I found the editing with the different shots on top of eachother most difficult.
What new tools on Final Cut Pro. did you learn to use?
All of the tools where the same as last year however, there where different ways of how to put them to use.
What observations did you make about how editing differs in music videos, compared to producing the opening to a thriller film?
In a thriller film we put each shot alongside eachother however, during the music video we had to put each shot on top of eachother. Also i learnt that the slower the beat your music video has, the less editing shots you need and, the faster your music video, more editing shots are required.
